Govt Free Gas ApplicationThe e-Customer Transfer Advice (e-CTA) is an authorization code your current LPG distributor provides when you request a gas connection transfer within the same city or a neighboring area. Its primary functions are:
Proof of Authorized Transfer: The e-CTA serves as official confirmation that you may transfer your LPG connection to a new distributor within the same city.
Validity Period: The e-CTA is valid for three months from its issuance.
Streamlined Process: You will present the e-CTA, along with your Subscription Voucher (SV), to the new distributor, who will then update your information or provide a new SV as necessary.
Cylinder Retention: When transferring within the same city using the e-CTA, you may keep your existing cylinder and regulator.
In short, the e-CTA simplifies and authorizes the transfer, ensuring a smooth transition to your new city address.
